KOTA KINABALU : – Sino KDM Beaufort Chairman, Goh Chit Hock@ Hurbert Goh, joined Warisan on Thursday.
The formal membership handing over
ceremony was held at the party’s headquarters.
His membership application form together with senior Amanah member and PKR members from Klias, which included Abdullah Haji Ukin, brother of the late lawmaker Datuk Seri Lajim Haji Ukin was received by Warisan President Datuk Seri Panglima Shafie Haji Apdal.
Goh, a former PBS Lumadan Division Treasurer, called on sino KDM members to, as well as PBS members in Lumadan and Klias to support Warisan in the party’s fight to ensure the restoration of the rights of Sabahans.
He said Sabahans had been deprived of progress due to them, citing bad roads, insufficient water and power supplies, aswell as the failure of the state government in ensuring the welfare of their people.
Goh also said that abuse of power with rampant corruption in the state and the failure of the authority to act on those involved does not fare well for investors.
Sabah will slide further if the current government continues to be given the mandate.
Goh will be focusing on the victory of Warisan in Lumadan and Klias constituencies so that development in those constituencies will improve.
