Kapitan Thomas Lau hosts buka puasa for traffic police

SANDAKAN:  Tanjong Papat Chinese Community Leader Kapitan Thomas Lau hosted a breaking of fast dinner for members of the Sandakan Police Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division on Sunday.

Members of the Sandakan Police Traffic Investigation and Enforcement Division led by the officer-in-charge ASP Freddy Untun attended the event at the Waterfront Seafood Restaurant in town.

Lau who is also SAPP deputy president and SAPP Sandakan CLC deputy chairman, said the dinner was to appreciate the traffic policemen’s sacrifices during the current hot weather and fasting month to ensure our roads continue to be safe for roadusers.

Lau also reminded all roadusers in the district to adhere traffic safety rules at all time and contribute positively towards making our roads safer for everyone to travel on.
