SANDAKAN: SAPP Tanjong Papat CLC chairman Kapitan Thomas Lau Chi Keong welcomed 20 new members from Sim-Sim Low Cost Housing to the party.
The new members through their representative Lim Nyuk Fai submitted the membership forms to Lau at a brief ceremony recently.
Lau also announced that Lim will be given the role of further strengthening grass root support in Tanjong Papat constituency particularly Sim-Sim Low Cost Housing and surrounding areas.
“He will also be tasked to look into basic infrastructure issues faced by Sim-Sim Low Cost Housing residents,” Lau said.
Also present at event were SAPP Tanjong Papat Wanita Chief Stephanie Lee, Youth Wing leaders and other Tanjong Papat CLC office bearers.
