Kimanis Power Sdn Bhd pays RM16 million dividend

KOTA KINABALU: Kimanis Power Sdn Bhd paid RM16 million dividend to its share holder, NRG Consortium (Sabah) Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Yayasan Sabah Group for the financial year ending 2023.

Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor witnessed the presentation of the cheque replica from Kimanis Power Chairman, Abdul Aziz Othman to Innoprise Corporation Sdn Bhd (ICSB) Executive Chairman, Datuk Jasnih Daya at Menara Kinabalu here today.

NRG Consortium has a 40 per cent stake in Kimanis Power Sdn Bhd which operates the Kimanis Power Plant since 2014.

Petronas Gas Berhad (PGB) owned the other 60 per cent share.

Also present were State Secretary, Datuk Seri Panglima Sr Safar Untong, Kimanis Power Sdn Bhd, Chief Executive Officer, Rozali Khamis, PGB General Manager (Finance and Risk} Shahrul Azham Sukaiman, PGB General Manager (BD&C) Hisham Maaulot and Petronas Sabah and Labuan Regional Office Head, Siti Ayu Haniza A Wahab. – Talantang 18 January 2024
