KTI Landmark launches RM48 million IPO prospectus

KOTA KINABALU: Chief Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Haji Hajiji Haji Noor witnessed the launch of KTI Landmark Berhad’s initial public offering (IPO) prospectus to raise RM48 million under its listing exercise on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, here on Tuesday.

A Sabah-based integrated property developer and CIDB-certified on-site Industrialised Building System (IBS) manufacturer, KTI Landmark Berhad provides design and build construction services primarily to the Sabah Housing and Town Development Authority (LPPB) to build urban development and affordable housing for the general public and civil servants housing projects.

Currently, KTI has a total of RM2.2 billion Gross Development Value (GDV) projects ongoing and upcoming projects across Kota Kinabalu, Tuaran, Sandakan and Papar in Sabah, where 30 per cent of them were awarded by LPPB.

The company’s projects included, among others Taman Wawasan in Beaufort, Taman La Gloxinia in Papar, Taman Seri Lemawang in Tuaran as well as Taman Nelly, Taman Lavender and The Logg in Kota Kinabalu.
