PENAMPANG : – Nordin Thani, the President of Consumers Front of Sabah (CFOS), has officially joined Parti Kesejahteraan Demokratik Masyarakat (KDM), led by Datuk Peter Anthony.
Nordin made this announcement during a brief ceremony at the KDM Headquarters today, which was also attended by KDM Vice President Gundohing Henry Saimpon, KDM Vice President Dr. Oswald Aisat, KDM Secretary-General Gundohing Willie Jude, and Inanam KDM Coordinator George Guntarik.
Following his entry into KDM, Nordin has been appointed as the Coordinator for DUN Darau.
Also receiving appointment letters at the same event were the Coordinators for KDM DUN Kadamaian, Zamal Intim, and DUN Balung, Agustine Thomas.
Nordin expressed confidence that the local KDM party could serve as one of the best platforms to advocate for the interests of the people of Sabah.
He stated that with the establishment of the DUN Darau coordination body, voters in the area would have the opportunity to support the party in the upcoming state elections (PRN).
Nordin noted that the political landscape has evolved over time, and KDM Darau is prepared to meet the challenges in fulfilling the aspirations of voters for the progress and welfare of the DUN Darau community.
He also extended his gratitude to the KDM President for his appointment as the KDM Darau Coordinator.
