Almost RM150,000 awaits anglers on April 27 at Kolam Si Aunty in Sipitang

SIPITANG: Fishing enthusiasts, get ready for an exciting opportunity!

On April 27, Kolam Si Aunty is hosting the Super Mega Fishing Challenge at Tasek Naga Lake, featuring a remarkable prize pool of RM150,000.

Dionysia Ginsos, the operator of Kolam Si Aunty, announced that this thrilling event will showcase 209 elite competitors and promises enticing rewards for participants, marking the second edition of this popular challenge.

Previous fishing events organised by Kolam Si Aunty garnered an overwhelmingly positive response, and Dionysus is optimistic about an even larger turnout this time.

“I expect a significant number of anglers to join us, which will also contribute to boosting tourism in Sipitang,” she said in a statement.

The event aims to attract 1,500 participants, with an entry fee of RM150 per rod.
