TUARAN : – Datuk Teddy Chin has been appointed Advisor to the Tuaran District Hakka Association.
The former Press Secretary to the Chief Minister received his letter of appointment from the association’s chairwoman Lo Mui Lan.
Teddy is a Life Member of the association.
Lo is the first woman chairman of the association.
The ceremony during a dinner held in conjunction with the association’s Installation Night for 2025-27 was witnessed by organising chairman Robin Chin.
Rural Development Minister Datuk Seri Panglima Jahid Jahim represented the Chief Minister at the dinner which was held at Hakka Hall in Tg Lipat on Sunday.
Also present was Datuk Susan Wong who entertained the crowd with a few songs.
