SANDAKAN: MCA president Datuk Seri Dr Wee Ka Siong has called on all party grassroots from the five divisions here to remain united and ready to face the State Election, which is expected to be called anytime in the next 18 months.
“My heartfelt gratitude to our loyal party supporters, including those from the Batu Sapi division, which is now undergoing a revamp,” Wee said during a Chinese New Year dinner with party grassroots here.
Wee shared the festive joy with our MCA comrades from four MCA divisions, namely Sandakan, Libaran, Beluran and Kinabatangan.
Also present at the function were Sabah MCA chairman Datuk Teah Heok Kuin, organising chairman and Libaran division chairman Dato’ Chin Kim Hiung, MCA deputy president Dato’ Dr. Mah Hang Soon, Secretary-General Datuk Chong Sin Woon, deputy treasurer-general cum Kinabatangan division chairman Adrian Lee, Central Committee and former Sabah chairman Lu Yen tung, Sabah Youth Chief Roger Yapp, Beluran division chairman Desmond Ling and Sandakan division chairman Kok Tsui Yee.
