SANDAKAN: The Sandakan District Tennis Association (SDTA) is honoured to host the 2024 Sabah State Inter-Affiliate Tennis Championships in May 2024.
SDTA General Committee, led by President Silvester Lawai, recently paid a courtesy visit to PTDS Patron, Datuk Vincent Pang who has generously sponsored RM 10,000 for the said event.
The championship is scheduled on 24th to 26th May 2024.In this prestigious event, a total of 7 districts will compete across 5 categories:
Men’s Open (18 years and above)
Men’s Veteran (45 years and above)
Ladies’ Open (18 years and above)
Junior Boys (below 18 years)
Junior Girls (below 18 years)
The participating districts are:

Kota Kinabalu
Semporna
Lahad Datu
Kuala Penyu
Kota Belud
Keningau
This exciting tennis competition promises to showcase the talent and sportsmanship of the players from these districts, fostering camaraderie and healthy competition among them.
