KOTA KINABALU : – The Sabah Democratic Action Party Socialist Youth (DAPSY Sabah) 2025 Annual Ordinary Convention will be held on Sunday, at the Sabah International Convention Centre (SICC) here.
In a statement today, Chan Loong Wei, Secretary of DAPSY Sabah announced that the meeting will commence at 10am., with members from across the state expected to gather in high spirits to discuss the future direction and stance of the party’s youth wing.
He also confirmed that Woo Kah Leong, DAPSY National Chief, is expected to attend the event, while Phoong Jin Zhe, Sabah DAP Chairman, will officiate the opening ceremony.
This year marks a leadership election for DAPSY Sabah. Chan noted that the nomination process concluded on December 25, 2024.
It is reported that a unified team has been nominated by all divisions across Sabah, reflecting a spirit of solidarity and a shared commitment to advancing DAPSY Sabah’s growth and addressing the people’s concerns.
Chan urged all representatives to arrive at the venue by 8.30 am. for registration and requested attendees to wear party uniforms or white shirts with black trousers.
Members are also reminded to bring their party membership cards or identification card. The meeting will begin at 10am.
