One report said there are 1.95 billion of them at present.
Christianity, the No. 1, has 2.2 billion.
Thanks to higher fertility rate (2.95 compared to 2.2 of Christian women) and Islam’s ban against apostasy and that children are born into Islam, some predict that Islam will be No 1 sooner.
By the way, Europe which the world knew as the bastion of Anglo Christian, is projected to be predominantly Muslim in the next 30 years.
Immigration is the main contributor. Except for Catholic Slovakia and some small EU countries in the ‘small GDP’ rank, most European countries have been open to immigrants and, as if by some deep state design, millions from Muslim countries have been taken in.
It looks like a paradox because Europe is further from Islam (never .ind the fleeting conquests here and there) as you.can imagine.
To an Islamic purist, everything Europe fell inside the category of ‘filth’ or najis. Aside from them being mostly Christian, Europeans love dogs, are promiscuous,, eat pork and widely consume alcohol … everything Islam abhors.
What do Muslims see in Europe aside from prospects for a better income?
This question has baffled many.
They to fight the local city councils to allow the broadcasting of azan ( Islam five times a day call to prayers) from their mosques, and challenge local schools whose school lunch included pork dishes.
Is there a secret hand pushing for worldwide Islamic domination?
Looks like a thought for a conspiracy thriller a la Robert’s Ludlum or Stephen King.
And, by the way, the latest riots in the UK are thick with anti immigration undertones.
The recent EU election outcome showed the rise of the right.
France ban the hijab. But Muslim immigrants make up the majority in these two leading EU countries.
In the mean time, Muslim majority and superdoper rich countries continue to refuse Muslim immigrants.
The UAE, oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia continue to hire cheap Muslim labourers by the ship loads from Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, etc to work in slave-like conditions.
I know nothing about geopolitics.
And I know that issues around the world, including some that concern humanity and common sense, are dealt or not dealth with due to, supposedly, geopolitical intrigues.
Such hypocrisy is common among the big bums like the US and it’s G7 cohorts.
Here in Malaysia, still snared in the Middle Income Trap of GDP percapita of about Usd11k where poverty is still as issue, our politicians love macho posturing standing with the Palestians, speak up for the Uighurs and Rohingas, and trying to portray Malaysia as safe havens for unskilled illegal immigrants from Bangladesh, south India, Bangladesh, Nepal, etc.
Yesterday, Sabah chief Minister Hajiji said Sabah is poised to be the new tech hub. Good.
But may I know what tech.
The best Sabahans are outside working because there’s nothing for them in the state.
What we have in terms of labour are a bunch of untrained, perhaps not even trainable, immigrants from Indonesia, Southend Philippines, petty traders from Pakistan and petty, unlicensed money lenders.
Mr Hajaji, China became the tech hub of the world because of her large population of educated and therefore trainable work force.
The Chinese people’s collective national desire to advance and get out of poverty was also a game changer.
Do you have better factors of success in Sabah with your pendatang tanpa izin?
Do let the commision promoters around you get away with their hollow sound bytes.
They are just shortlived, inconsequential noises.
